The staff truly impressed me when I had an issue with the air conditioning. They swiftly credited my account, turning a rough night into a pleasant memory.

Unfortunately, the AC was inconsistent, causing a few uncomfortable nights. It left me wishing for a cooler, more restful sleep.

A recent two-night stay provided mixed experiences. While the room was spacious and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, the noise levels at night were quite disruptive. We even dealt with an uncleaned room upon our return. Management did attempt to address the issues, but the sleep disruption was disappointing.

We loved the friendly staff who made our stay so enjoyable! Even on busy mornings, it felt relaxed.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast hours were extended. It was tough juggling the kids and getting breakfast before check-out.

I really enjoyed my stay here, as it was only a short walk to Centennial Park and the Tobacco Farm Life Museum, making my weekend explorations super convenient and delightful.

The stay included a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds that was well-kept and featured fresh breakfast options, ideal for families. The staff provided outstanding service. one manager handled my air conditioning issue promptly and even returned my child's blanket via UPS. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the designated smoking area lacked proper disposal bins, leading to littering in the parking lot. A mini-bar in the room would enhance the experience.

This was just a top selection for a mini-break over the weekend in South Hill with extraordinarily good value for money. The manager was quick to help us get extra towels we needed during our stay. Make sure to ask upfront about any pet fees if you're bringing a furry friend.
